Pushing Hands

In our classes we teach a variety of pushing hand drills with a partner. The purpose of these exercises, is not just for you to push and pull your partner but it is mainly to help develop sensitivity, root one's posture and test one's Tai Chi Chuan energies, balance, sensitivity, etc.
