Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi is based on an ancient Chinese system of self-defence which is used to improve posture, balance, coordination, circulation, relaxation and awareness.
There are several different styles of Tai Chi Chuan. The one I teach in the class is that of theTraditional Yang style long form which I have learned from Master Chu King Hung (He is a lineage Master of the Yang family).

Besides the above form I also teach other aspects of Tai Chi techniques like: Spherical Curves technique, Tai Chi posture, Tai Chi self-defence, Pushing hands, different kind of Tai Chi energies and Chinese exercises.
